ALL TICKETS ARE EMAILED TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE.

The Zoo offers general admission tickets for adults (ages 13-61), seniors (62+) and children (ages 2-12). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RAIN CHECKS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKETS.

Tickets are always available at the admissions gate during normal operating hours.

Groups of 15 or more must purchase tickets at least 15 days in advance, click on Group Registration in the brown header or call ticket orders at 336-879-7700.

Society Members should go to the Members Window (Lane 6) to purchase your discounted Guest Passes.

If you need assistance with your ticket order please call 336-879-7700 9am - 5pm weekdays or plan to purchase at the admission gate.

A general admission ticket allows the guest entry to the Zoo for a walking self-guided tour. Each ticket is valid for a one time visit valid for 30 days starting with purchase date. 

Please be sure to PRINT your E-tickets from the 'Thank you' page and bring them with you when you visit for the most efficient entry.  Tickets can also be scanned from your smart phone.

Adult -- $15.00,
Child (ages 2-12) --  $11.00,
Senior (age 62+)-- $13.00

Zoo Hours

  • April - October 9am - 5pm
  • Nov - March 9am - 4pm

Last entry is one hour before closing, we suggest you plan about 4 hours for your visit.
